Hello! I am Caitlin Rose Kenney and I am a Colorado based Yoga & Mindfulness teacher. I have been teaching since 2011 and specialize in Yin Yoga and seasonally-attuned practices.
I love supporting people who are navigating thresholds — from creative sabbaticals, to fertility journeys, periods of healing, navigating cancer and transitions into a new season of life.
In addition to teaching Yoga & Mindfulness, I am now giving 5-Element Acupuncture treatments as a student intern at the Institute of Taoist Education & Acupuncture. You can learn more about working 1:1 with me at bloomcycle.life
I infuse ecological conversations, the dance between yin and yang, and nature’s seasonal wisdom into all of my offerings. Five times a year I create a collection of Seasonal Yoga classes which are available online for you anytime.
Join me in person for a workshop/event at my favorite local farms or for Yin Yoga Training.

Seasonal Yoga
5 times a year, for each season, I put a collection of Yoga & Mindfulness classes together.
There are short sessions and full length classes, with options between 10 and 75 minutes.
Styles include Yin Yoga, Regenerating Yoga (active, strengthening and sustainable), Breathwork and Meditation.
Once you purchase, you have unlimited and on-demand access to all of the season’s online classes. Sliding scale starts at $25.
