Hello! I am Caitlin Rose Kenney and I am a Colorado based Yoga and mindfulness teacher. I have been teaching since 2011 and specialize in Yin Yoga and seasonally-attuned practices.

I love supporting people who are navigating thresholds — from creative sabbaticals, to fertility journeys, periods of healing, navigating cancer and transitions into a new season of life.

I will help you develop a healthy relationship with your body, mind and spirit through Yoga and mindfulness practices infused with ecological conversations, the dance between yin and yang, and nature's seasonal wisdom.

I teach on creative retreats, at leadership camps and do small group and 1:1 privates.

You can practice with me virtually, join a workshop/event or do Yin Yoga Training.

As for my journey and passions, my interest in Chinese Medicine has led me to study Classical 5-Element Acupuncture. I am an activist for regenerative farming and local food security. I am a beekeeper, nature enthusiast and animal lover.

Join me in a comforting private studio for a special practice with live music. For softening and relief amidst the unknown, Yin Yoga is a potent practice for honoring where you are.

Alex Bernat will be playing the harp. They transport the listener with intuitive, heart warming and resonant music.

Space is limited, save your spot early.

Join me for the beloved ritual of arriving in the season of Winter and nourishing the body, mind and spirit through Yin Yoga.

We will remember the power of Winter and support the organs associated with this season, the Kidneys and Bladder.

To start, enjoy hot tea and nature bathing. Then, practice Yin Yoga in the heated and light-filled barn.
