Summer 2024 Attunement
This is an extended Yin Yoga practice designed to help you attune to the season of Summer. To begin, I share some important Chinese Medicine and Daoist concepts. Then, you will steep in yin shapes that support your Heart & Small Intestine and learn about the power of Summer through the lens of Chinese Meridian Philosophy.
To practice: set up a comfortable space that is relatively quiet and still. Gather Yoga props or pillows and blankets (a variety of pillows from your couch and bed work great). Have a journal at hand, you may want to write some things I share or your personal insights down.
